We are changing up the way we do our customer support. We have been trying to provide technical support on Beantalk as well as one-on-one support via email at email@example.com. Being a small team of engineers, we, unfortunately, have not been able to provide the customer support that our community deserves. Because of the technical complexity of most Bean questions, we are not able to hire a support staff that could effectively help customers.
In an attempt to make our customer service the best that it can be, we are moving all of our focus towards providing support via email. Compared to Beantalk, we've found we're able to provide faster and better quality responses via this one-on-one method. The Beantalk community is a place to ask questions about projects and share ideas with fellow Bean users. While we will still frequent these forums, it will no longer be the place for us to help troubleshoot questions.
We hope that this will help us provide the best support for the community that we love.
